Retrospective exhibition at the Musée d'Orsay of the contemporary Brazilian painter, as part of the France-Brazil 2025 cultural season

The Musée d'Orsay is presenting the first retrospective dedicated to contemporary Brazilian painter Lucas Arruda, as part of the France-Brazil 2025 cultural season. The artist creates series of small canvases depicting imaginary landscapes, close to abstraction, where light plays an essential role. For this exhibition, which runs from 8 April to 20 July 2025, some thirty paintings will be displayed alongside around thirty Impressionist works from the Musée d'Orsay's collections.
From 9.30am to 6pm. From 9.30am to 9.45pm on Thursday. Closed on Monday and 1 May.
