📌 Can I receive documentation by post (maps, guides, etc.)?
As part of our environmental approach, we no longer send out documentation and invite you to consult articles, practical addresses, ideas and inspirations directly on our website and on our Paris je t'aime App available on the App Store and on Google Play. However, it is possible to get a free Paris map-guide (in French or English) from one of the following partner kiosks:
- Rivoli kiosk, located between the Louvre Museum and Paris City Hall at 104, rue de Rivoli in the 1st arrondissement. Châtelet metro station on lines 1, 7, 9, 11 and 14 or Châtelet-les-Halles RER station on line A
- Musée d'Orsay kiosk, opposite the musée d'Orsay at 2 place de la Légion d'Honneur in the 7th arrondissement. Assemblée Nationale metro station on line 12 or Musée d'Orsay RER station on line C
- Beaubourg Kiosk, located right next to the Pompidou Centre at 38 rue Rambuteau, in the 4th arrondissement. Rambuteau metro station on line 11
