Since 12 May 2016, Action Passeraile and the Musée du Petit Palais have been providing free staff accompaniment on request for disabled visitors. This service is available every day from 10am to 5pm (except Mondays, when the museum is closed) and is reserved by phone (minimum delay of 24 hours during the week and 48 hours at weekends, call: +33 (0) 1 43 41 70 67).
Guides are trained in accompanying disabled visitors by Action Passeraile and Action Handicap France for all types of disabilities; with accessible routes for different types of disabilities provided by the Petit Palais.
