Discover a little-known facet of the Pop Art master at the Musée du Luxembourg: his drawing skills!
With the exhibition "Andy Warhol : la ligne et l'image" (Andy Warhol : line and image) on view from 16 September to 27 January 2027, the Musée du Luxembourg introduces the public to a little-known side of Andy Warhol: that of the draughtsman. Around 150 drawings, paintings, silkscreen prints on paper, photographs and archival documents reveal the pop art master's attraction to line and drawing, from his first self-portrait in 1942 to his drawings for the Last Supper in 1986.
