Palais Galliera
Located on the hill of Chaillot, the Renaissance-inspired Palais Galliera is home to the Paris Fashion Museum. Through its collection tour, the museum showcases part of its collections, comprising some 200,000 works - among the most important in the world in this field - and tells the story of fashion from the 18th century to the present day. Through temporary monographic or thematic exhibitions, the Palais Galliera enables a broad public to discover different approaches to fashion, between artistic creation and socio-cultural phenomenon, and to explore its major figures.

Educational activities:

Throughout the year, the Palais Galliera offers attractive, diverse and inclusive cultural activities. In conjunction with its exhibition programme, the museum offers its visitors a range of activities to help them discover the history of fashion, including guided tours of its exhibitions in French, English and French sign language (LSF), creative workshop tours for adults and families and specially designed free events.

Restaurant:

Located on the western forecourt, facing the Eiffel Tower and its Square, the Palais Galliera offers its visitors a seasonal catering service, only in summer when the weather permits.

The Palais Galliera is equipped with an application to guide visitors through its collections and exhibitions. In addition, it provides easy-to-read and easy-to-understand (FALC) visitor guides and booklets for its exhibitions and collections.
