The exhibition-event at the Louvre that brings together two legendary sculptors: Michelangelo and Auguste Rodin!
With the exhibition "Michelangelo and Rodin. Living bodies", the Musée du Louvre brings together the works of two of the greatest sculptors in the history of art: Italian Michelangelo and French sculptor Auguste Rodin, both driven by the desire to reveal the vital energy of the body. The exhibition-event brings together marble and bronze sculptures, plasters, terracottas, casts and graphic works, exploring the universe of both artists through different themes: nature and antiquity, the Non finito, the relationship between body and soul, energy and life. On view from 15 April to 20 July 2026.
From 9am to 6pm. From 9am to 9pm Wednesday and Friday. Closed on Tuesday.
