L'Oiseau Blanc is chef David Bizet's two-star restaurant located on the roof of the Peninsula, offering superb views of the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant, named in homage to aviation history and French pioneers Charles Nungesser and François Coli, who attempted to fly non-stop from Paris to New York in a biplane called L'Oiseau Blanc, displays a replica of the original aircraft.

This new rooftop bar is perched 60 metres above the ground on the roof of the LAHO business centre, just opposite the Gare de Lyon train station.
