The Oiseau blanc is one of the restaurants of the palace Peninsula. Located on the 6th floor, it offers a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops of Paris. On sunny days, it opens its summer terrace, which is one of the most pleasant rooftop terraces in the capital. The bistronomic menu changes according to market produce and the seasons.
