Tours Duo

51 rue Bruneseau - 75013 Paris Gare d'Austerlitz - Bibliothèque nationale de France F. Mitterrand
Jean Nouvel’s ‘Tours Duo’ are two 125- and 180-metre-high skyscrapers under construction in the Paris Rive Gauche district, near avenue de France and the ‘périphérique’ (Paris ring road). The asymmetrical and slightly leaning towers with their reflective cladding stretch towards the sky, forming a V-shape. Designed for mixed use, they will house offices, shops, an auditorium, a four-star hotel with interior design by Philippe Starck, a bar and restaurant with panoramic view, planted terraces and a rooftop area open to the public including a belvedere garden jutting out over the railway lines.
