• Our vegetable garden and greenhouse produce vegetables from 100% organic, Demeter seeds that are reproduced and harvested when they are at their most nutritious and vitamin-rich.
• We have listed responsible caterers, working in a logic of 0 waste with our products of the farm with our products
• All our deliveries to restaurants and private customers are made by cargo bike with companies that pay their employees.
• Production from seed to plate with very local production
