The decor: Paris’s highest brasserie, designed by the talented Ramy Fischler and Nicola Delon, features large floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the tower’s metal structure, with the capital as a backdrop… Madame Brasserie is spread over 2 floors and has a lounge area, with blue armchairs and a subtle soundtrack, and a restaurant at the top of the spiral staircase, designed using bio sourced materials such as cork, leather and wood, in a palette of natural tones.
The food: served all day from breakfast to sunset. Starred chef Thierry Marx offers simple, French cuisine that is balanced yet indulgent, with a friendly atmosphere at lunchtime and a sophisticated vibe in the evening. The restaurant works with the ‘Guilde des artisans’ de la tour Eiffel’, a label of gastronomic excellence that recognizes the best artisans in the Paris region, and producers situated less than 100 km from Paris. Onion soup, snails sprinkled with parley, egg mayonnaise, free-range poultry, cream puffs, Paris-Brest … The restaurant also offers vegetable dishes, particularly 100% vegan desserts. Brunch is served on Sunday (€80). Prices vary according to the three spaces booked: Seine River side (on the first row, €110.80 lunch menu), Window table (€135.80 lunch menu) and the Cœur Brasserie (€70.80 lunch menu).
The address: an amazing panoramic viewpoint situated just under the 2-star Michelin restaurant, Le Jules Verne by chef Frédéric Anton, on the 2nd floor of the Tower, which is 116 metres high.

📍Madame Brasserie - Champ-de-Mars, 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower, entry via the Pilier Sud Paris 7e
The view : situated on the 25th floor of the smallest of the Duo skyscrapers, the number 2, the 100-metre-high Too Restaurant offers a unique vista and fresh perspective of Paris from the east. In the foreground, the Seine Sacré-Cœur, Notre-Dame and, in the distance, the Eiffel Tower then La Défense and Greater Paris. The view is even more magical at nightfall when the city is lit up, and guests (literally) have their head in the clouds.
The décor : designed by Philippe Starck, the restaurant’s entirely glass-walled interior plays with perspective in a striking way, beneath a 6-metre-high ceiling. Dotted with oversized works by Pierre Monestier and Ara Starck - his daughter - as well as mirrors, alcoves and huge paintings, the designer embraces an ‘Alice in Wonderland’ theme, right down to the illuminated chequerboard pattern on the floor.
The food : the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on Sundays (buffet, €60). On the menu, world cuisine: gyozas (€20), carpaccio of octopus, salmon tataki, chakchouka, crab tacos, lobster tempura (€37), Pierre Hermé desserts (€17) and the famous dark chocolate mousse by Benoit Castel.
The address : leaning like the Tower of Pisa (on the outside), this architectural feat by Jean Nouvel is 130 metres high. Between Station F, the Bibliothèque Nationale de France - Site François Mitterrand and a fast-developing business district, the Too Restaurant towers over the Too Hôtel, which occupies the top ten floors of the building. On the 27th floor, the roof of the restaurant has been converted into a bar, the Tac Tac, with a vast outdoor terrace overlooking the Seine and the city. Already the owner of the Kong restaurant and Madame Rêve hotel - two other venues with stunning views - Laurent Taïeb runs this urban landmark that can be spotted from afar.

📍Too Restaurant - Too Hôtel - 65 rue Bruneseau, Paris 13e
The view : on the 40th floor, this ‘Skybar’ is one of the highest in the capital. Perched at an altitude of 129 metres, it offers a breathtaking view of the whole of Paris and the Paris region through its floor-to-ceiling windows.
The decor : simple and contemporary, the space is arranged around a central bar and an open-plan area. Large sofas and coffee tables are positioned just behind the floor-to-ceiling windows, but the real attraction is … outside.
The food : cuisine featuring flavours both local and from further afield: platter of charcuterie or cheese selected by MOF Xavier Thuret (€18), mezze, beef tataki (€15), roasted gambas, arancini à la truffe, platters of 3 sweet treats (€10), to share alongside creative cocktails (€18) and mocktails (€12).
The address : near to the stade de France,, easily accessible by public transport - just opposite the metro stop Carrefour-Pleyel on line 13 -, the restaurant is a breath of fresh air right at the very top of the massive H4 Wyndham Paris Pleyel hotel, which has 697 rooms.

The decor : wooden tables, velvet banquette, glass wine cellar, cocktail bar, open kitchen, Edmond (in tribute to the poet Edmond Rostang, the author of Cyrano de Bergerac), offers a chic and cosy ambience, day or night.
The food : chef Sébastien Héloin, who trained under Joël Robuchon, Yannick Alléno and Eric Frechon, invited by the chef of the hotel, Antonio Tacca, offers a lighter menu at lunchtime and a more sophisticated one in the evening: lobster roll with chipotle sauce, steamed scallops, Sardinian fregola served risotto-style with beetroot juice and a horseradish-Parmesan emulsion, Aubrac beef fillet, exotic pavlova, baba to share… On Sundays, a ‘surf & turf brunch served as a buffet featuring hot, cold, and sweet dishes (€62 per person). Dish of the day €28 and 3-course lunch menu €45.
The address : the Terrass’’Hôtel has been a well-established Montmartre establishment since 1911, with a friendly atmosphere and 92 rooms. In the summer months, the restaurant extends onto the roof terrace which serves cocktails, mocktails and finger food.

The decor : all eyes are drawn to this huge bay window with its fascinating decor. Designed like a house under the eaves, the venue has colourful, contemporary interiors.
The food : traditional French cuisine, refined yet hearty and generous, created by the chef Matthias Dru-Bathilde who has devised a visually striking ‘bistronomic’ menu using carefully selected ingredients. On the menu: poached egg (€19), stuffed cabbage, beef and carrots (€32), risotto, rack of lamb, Saint-Honoré, French toast (€12). 2-course lunch menu (€39.99).
The address : perched on the hills above Suresnes, Là-Haut is one of the top spots in the ‘Pas Parisiens’ bistro collection situated around Paris (Splash in Asnières, Chou de Chanorier in Croissy-sur-Seine, Tata Yoyo in La Garenne Colombes, etc.).

The view : during a two-hour cruise along the Seine, in this boat restaurant, the first to become 100% electric, the finest monuments in Paris unfold before your eyes: the Conciergerie, the tour Eiffel, Notre-Dame, Le Louvre…
The decor : : as you admire the view through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, there is almost nothing separating you from the water… Powered by an electric motor, the boat glides along in complete silence. Not a single vibration disturbs this cruise through the heart of Paris.
The food : the menu, with its Parisian flair, is designed by Alain Ducasse and prepared daily by chef Jean-Philippe Berens and his team of 36 chefs and pastry chefs on the lower deck, in the huge kitchens beneath the restaurant. Seasonal produce, delivered every morning to the quayside, features prominently. The cuisine is contemporary and refined, with vegetarian options available on request, such as the Cookpot - vegetables and grains prepared in individual casserole dishes. As for wine, the list features bottles from France’s finest terroirs, drawn from a cellar of around a thousand bottles. Three menus are available to choose from at lunchtime and dinnertime.
The address : moored at Port Debilly, on the right bank, below the Pont d’Iéna, this floating restaurant is the only one of its kind and the most stylish to sail along the Seine. It is environmentally friendly: no wastewater is discharged into the river, and an energy-saving system powers the air conditioning and the kitchens.
From €115 for a 3-course menu at lunchtime to up to €530 for a 6-course menu at dinnertime with food and wine pairings and the loveliest view of the pont-. Start of the cruise at 12.45pm and 8.30pm
📍Embarquement : port Debilly, Paris 16e
The view : established on the Quai de la Tournelle since 1890, La Tour d’Argentwas one of the first Parisian restaurants to have a dining room on an upper floor - in this case, on the 6th floor. From its tables, diners can enjoy a spectacular view of the Seine from a unique angle, looking out over the île Saint-Louis, and the île de la Cité and the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral.
The decor : : this historic address, renovated in 2023 by architect Franklin Azzi, still has a lift attendant in uniform standing by the lift and even has a hidden micro-museum, full of the restaurant’s history ... In keeping with the restaurant’s iconic blue colour scheme, the ceiling features a silver-coloured metal finish that reflects the Seine, whilst the plush carpet echoes the movement of the water - all set against a colourful, oversized artwork by Antoine Carbonne that blends the history of Paris with that of the Tower.
The food : under the direction of Yannick Franques, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the cuisine carries on a classic tradition, presenting dishes as works of art. The famous ‘Canard au sang’ remains a must-try here, carved and flambéed in the dining room in a veritable gastronomic spectacle, complete with maîtres d’hôtel in tailcoats. The service is marked by carving and flambéing, and the sauces are prepared on the stage of the ‘duck theatre’. The ‘Foie Gras des 3 Empereurs’, cardinal sole, pike quenelles, Mademoiselle crêpes and blackcurrant soufflé are all highlights of the menu. Ingredients are sourced from local farms and small producers, mostly in the Ile-de-France region. The wine cellar comprises 300,000 bottles, listed in its wine cellar book weighing almost 8 kilos! 4-course lunch menu (€175).
The address : at the top of the building, on the 7th floor, the Toit de la Tour is a rooftop terrace open from April to September serving a snack menu during the day.

📍La Tour d’Argent - 15, quai de la Tournelle, Paris 5e
The view : at the top of the hôtel SO/ Paris, on the 15th floor, at a height of more than 50 metres, Bonnie offers a spectacular view of the capital, with the Seine below, reflected in the mirrored ceiling of its sweeping terrace. The whole city frames this bright, panoramic restaurant, behind the large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Notre-Dame, the heart of Paris and, in the distance the Eiffel Tower.
The decor : a colourful psychedelic carpet, brushed aluminium and chrome-plated metal, a nod to the Space Age style - reminiscent of the seventies - comfy banquettes and a stunning terrace featuring mirror and glass artworks by Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson.
The food : contemporary, chic brasserie cuisine with international influences, designed to appeal to a wide variety of tastes. On the menu: fillet of turbot (€52), veal entrecôte from Galicia (€95), caramel-peanut snickers ice cream (€16), banana split (€14).
The address : at the top of the SO/ Paris hotel, in the Morland Mixité building, the restaurant experience extends onto the 16th floor, with a bar and an ultra-selective club, with a view (even in the toilets) to enjoy over a cocktail.

📍Bonnie - SO/ Paris - 10, rue Agrippa d’Aubigné, Paris 4e
The view : on the 7th floor of the Cheval Blanc Paris, Le Tout-Paris is an iconic address, completely revamped during the reopening of the hotel in 2021. From here, the view of the Seine, the pont Neuf, Notre-Dame, the Conciergerie and île de la Cité in the foreground is simply sublime.
The decor : a tribute to the famous Toupary, the former panoramic restaurant at the Samaritaine, which closed in 2005, and which looked out over Paris before the era of rooftop venues … Everything from the bar to the terrace - the wood, the lighting and the primary colours - echoes the visual style of its predecessor, whilst retaining the spirit of the most sophisticated of Parisian brasseries.
The food : this Michelin-starred brasserie, orchestrated by chef William Bequin under chef Arnaud Donckele and pastry chef Maxime Frederic, serves the great classics of French cuisine in elegant dishes. Service throughout the day including breakfast (€70), snacks and lunch. On the menu: roast chicken with thyme for two (€124), roast sole meunière (€82), boudin noir (€52), Rothschild tart soufflé (€23). We love the ever-changing menu, including these waffle-style snacks and the unmissable ‘Dimanches du Tout Paris’, with a single set-menu (€160), which keeps a long-standing Sunday tradition alive.
The address : : on the same floor as the Tout-Paris, the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel houses Langosteria, the first Italian address outside Italy for fans of homemade pasta and seafood, together with a splendid view of the Seine.

The view : a privileged view of the Eiffel Tower from your table! Situated on the roof of the musée quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, the restaurant opens out onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the Seine.
The decor : designed by architect Jean Nouvel, the space - like that of the museum - is characterized by its minimalist design and transparency. The ceiling and the room are entirely covered in glass, creating a sense of contemporary elegance. In the evening, the ceiling transforms into a starry sky every hour, in sync with the Eiffel Tower.
The food : French cuisine served exclusively as set menus: crab meat, pork pâté en croûte and duck with figs, lobster, chicken supreme, beef tartare, hazelnut and chocolate Paris-Brest … Several à la carte dishes are a nod to current exhibitions at the museum with a harmonious blend of flavours. 2-course lunch menu Monday to Friday (€48). 3-course dinner menu (€98) in the evening and at the weekend.

The decor : a festive guinguette atmosphere in a friendly atmosphere, open also to customers not staying at the hotel..
The food : generous and committed French cuisine to enjoy with cocktails or mocktails (€9). On the menu: cordon bleu maison (€23), kebab XXL (€26), salad, sharing platters, trio of crepes Suzette (€9). 3-course lunch menu, €23. Self-serve brunch Saturday and Sunday (Sunday is ‘kid friendly’, with special activities). The decor : an open-air space, dotted with wicker bistro tables and chairs, crimson parasols and greenery, the roof terrace at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann Haussmann presents a new, typically Parisian bistro concept this year, reflected in both the decor and the food!
The food : chef Julien Sebbag brings a relaxed and joyful energy to this rooftop restaurant, which puts a new spin on classic Parisian dishes: egg mayonnaise with black garlic, leeks in tarragon vinaigrette (€12), and truffle and Parmesan coquillettes (€29), chocolate-pistachio profiteroles (€14). There is even a weekly menu here: on Thursday, bœuf bourguignon (€27), on Friday, ratatouille (€19)! The restaurant is open from 10am for breakfast (fresh bread, jam). Enjoy an aperitif with a selection of cocktails, French wines and dishes to share, before rounding off the evening in an electric atmosphere.

Access ‘La Terrasse’ on the 8th floor of the ‘Coupole’ store of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann. After store closing hours, access is via the Porte Victoire, 25, rue de la chaussée d’Antin.
The view : on the top floor of the 5-star hotel Madame Rêve, the restaurant La Plume offers a view of église Saint-Eustache, les Halles, Beaubourg and the Haussmannian rooftops of central Paris.
The decor : this hidden gem of a restaurant features a backlit bar carved from rare marble. Copper, wood, leather, marble and light combine to create the venue’s warm atmosphere.
The food : a cuisine with world flavours overseen by chef Benjamin Six (Zuma London and Dubai). Grilled artichokes, pesto-mint pistachio, egg mayonnaise with truffle (€24), lobster tartare (€39), Angus beef short ribs (€58), desserts by Pierre Hermé (€18). 2-course lunch menu, €45.
The address : at the top of the landmark Poste du Louvre (which is still operational on the ground floor), the restaurant opens out onto an outdoor garden, which serves the same menu as the restaurant. On the top floor of the building, the ROOF, a rooftop terrace, offers a selection of cocktails and finger food on fine days from April to October, from 4pm to 1am.

The view : perched on a rooftop terrace on the 7th floor of a building in the middle of the Marais district, this ‘open-top’ restaurant surrounded by vegetation looks out over Paris, with the Centre Pompidou and tours Duo in the foreground and Montparnasse in the distance.
The decor : the cosy restaurant uses mirrors and strings of lights to create a magical atmosphere at nightfall, and features a large counter made of green Italian marble, a patisserie bar, an open kitchen, and furniture that pays tribute to the cult architect Robert Mallet-Stevens.
The food : homemade dishes, always fresh and seasonal, designed for sharing and on a Mediterranean theme, with vegetarian dishes and spices. Cocktails are an attraction here (€19), like the Rayon Vert (Gin Citadelle, lime juice, cucumber, basil, elder flower, absinthe), accompanied by oysters, octopus, red tuna sashimi (€22), Kobe beef grilled over eucalyptus charcoal (€49), and profiteroles (€18)..
The address : you have to go through a typically Parisian carriage entrance, cross the courtyard, take the lift on the left at the far end and then climb a few steps before reaching Au Top! The owner of the premises, Jean-Philippe Nikoghossian, also owns the highly popular Café La Perle, a Marais institution that attracts all those with an artistic soul in Paris, situated directly opposite the restaurant.
Open from Monday to Friday for dinner from 6pm to 2am and from 12:30pm to 2am on the weekend.

The view : from the 8th floor of this 5-star hotel, the chic restaurant Les Ailes offers a sweeping view. In the foreground, Parc monceau and the village-like Batignolles,and in the distance, Parisian rooftops in the west of the city.

The address : this hotel and coworking venue opened in 2025 has a large rooftop terrace in wood, like the deck of a boat.
