The Bateaux Parisiens company has a fleet of 13 boats including 5 restaurant boats: Le Bretagne, L’Onyx, the Sapphire, Le Crystal and the Diamant II. There are several categories of service from the simplest to the most luxurious. For lunch : ‘Etoile’ (€69), ‘Privilege’ (€79) and Premier (€99). For dinner (6.15pm): ‘Etoile’ (€89), 'Privilege' (€119) and ‘Premier’ (€149). For dinner (8.30pm) : Étoile (€109), Découverte (€139), Privilège (€169) and Premier (€205). Traditional French cuisine is prepared on board by the chef. The difference in the service lies in extra options: seating position on board, vintage wines, cheese course, petits fours. Artists and musicians provide musical entertainment during the lunch and dinner cruises (except the one at 6.15pm). The menu is renewed twice per year and a special menu is offered for the end of year festivities, Valentine’s Day and 14 July (French national holiday).

The multi-starred chef Alain Ducasse offers an unforgettable gastronomic experience on the Seine on board a 100% electric boat. The Ducasse sur Seine boat is moored in the Debilly port, a stone's throw from the Trocadero and facing the Eiffel Tower.
