Every year, the European Artistic Crafts Days, coordinated by the Institut pour les Savoir-Faire Français, showcases artistic crafts and their exceptional skills. For a week, the public meets professionals in their workshops, at the heart of workshops, museums, monuments and cultural institutions, to discover their techniques and career paths through a series of events, guided tours, talks, demonstrations and more... No fewer than 281 trades are represented, ranging from fashion designers and cabinetmakers to ceramists, jewellers, printers, painters, art restorers and feather workers…
For this 20th edition, taking place from 7 to 12 April 2026 across France and Europe, the chosen theme is “Cœur à l’ouvrage” (Heart in the Work), thereby highlighting the spirit of sharing and the collective, collaborative work of those practising these disciplines, which have been elevated to the status of art. The rich and varied programme centres on exceptional events and “favourites” that highlight collective and regional initiatives. This year, the country in the spotlight is Belgium, renowned for its remarkable expertise in the fields of lace, textile arts, glass, metal and ceramics. Paris je t'aime invites you to discover a selection of the unmissable highlights of the 2026 European Artistic Crafts Days in the Greater Paris area.
