On July 26, 2025, Paris celebrates the Seine with a festive day of performances, games, music, sport and Olympic heritage.
On July 26, 2025, Paris celebrates the Seine and the legacy of the Games with a major free celebration: a nautical parade from Bercy to Saints-Pères, a swimming race at Grenelle Arm, educational cruises and events on the Seine and its quays. Giant karaoke and DJ sets on Place du Châtelet, artistic performances and projections of the Olympic rings on the Eiffel Tower punctuate the day. A lively tribute to the 2024 Games as part of Paris en Seine.

Details of the programme for the Seine Festival on 26 July 2025, one year after the unforgettable opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Games
🛶 From 7.30am - Armada on the Seine: departure from Bercy for a festive descent of the river (kayaking, rowing, paddleboarding, dragon boating) with more than 100 boats. Arrival at around 9.45am at the Port des Saints-Pères
🏊 From 8am to 1pm - EDF Aqua Challenge at the Grenelle arm: open water swimming race (from €10 to €35), open to all, with two French Cup events. The day before, on 25 July 2025, a stage of the European Cup will take place at the same location
🚒 From 11.30am to 3.30pm - Demonstrations by the Paris Fire Brigade: acrobatic show in the Marie arm swimming area
🎉 From 10.30am to noon - La Fête du Bateau at the Port Henri IV: a joyful nautical parade with music, floating entertainment and a festive atmosphere
🛳 From 9am to noon and from 1:30pm to 4:30pm - Tous en Seine: free 3-hour educational cruises between the Cité de la Mode et du Design and Choisy-le-Roi (round trip), to discover the Seine in a different way
🎤 From 4pm to 10pm - As part of the Festival des Places on Place du Châtelet: ‘Bingo Music Quiz’ with drag queen Minima Gesté, giant karaoke of Olympic hits and DJ set by Rebequita
🌊 From 7pm to 8.45pm - Performance ‘Noces d'eau’ at the Académie du Climat: a socially conscious creation around water, followed by a procession to the Seine
✨ From nightfall to 1am - Projection of the Olympic rings on the Eiffel Tower. Projection also on 24, 25 and 27 July
Other highlights of the weekend
🎬25 July 2025: open-air screening of two documentary films on the banks of the Seine, near the Pont de Sully, from 7pm to 8pm for the film Convention Citoyenne sur l'avenir de la Seine by Yan Tomaszewski and from 9pm to 11pm for the film Au cœur des Jeux by the Naudet brothers
📍26 July 2025, Rue de la Chapelle (18th arrondissement): inauguration of the permanent installation of 10 golden statues of illustrious women unveiled during the opening ceremony of the Paris Games on 26 July 2024
🏊 26 July 2025 in Saint-Denis: free admission all day from 9am to 8pm at the Olympic Aquatic Centre. The public is invited to discover the aquatic facilities of this iconic legacy of the Paris 2024 Games, where French swimmer Léon Marchand particularly excelled, winning four gold medals and one bronze medal.
