The 36th edition of the Festival Paris l'été - created in 1990 - welcomes, as in 2025, an artistic direction led by Marie Lenoir and Thomas Quillardet. Together, they are pursuing the festival's unique identity as a daring summer rendezvous for the performing arts, open to all. They are reinforcing the presence of works outside the festival walls, in some fifteen unexpected locations in Paris and the Greater Paris area. Convinced that the urban space, its monuments and streets are a formidable playground, this edition reaffirms live performance as a tool for reappropriating the city. Their artistic approach is rooted in generosity, cooperation and collective joy. During this major event, everyone can attend dance performances, plays, concerts and circus shows at monuments, in parks and sometimes indoors. In all, over 70 free and ticketed performances in some 30 different venues. A summer event not to be missed!
