Rock en Seine

One of the most prestigious music festivals of Paris

With some twenty editions on the clock and an unwavering crowd of faithfuls, the music festival Rock en Seine needs no introduction. Over 100,000 music lovers gather in the French capital each year at the Parc National de Saint-Cloud to enjoy the live concerts across the four stages. All styles of rock are represented, from Punk to Metal, via Pop-rock, New-Wave and Britpop. Major international bands play here alongside some of the freshest talents of tomorrow, in a great mix of styles and backgrounds with something for all tastes. In a few years, the festival has seen musicians and bands such as Nine Inch Nails, Green Day, Arctic Monkeys, Massive Attack, Cypress Hill and Oasis, at the time of their break up in 2009. Since 2005, the festival has also offered an "Avant Seine" pre-festival, which invites new talents on the French rock stage to strut their stuff.
