Opposite the famous Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Hausmann, the department store’s gourmet food branch proposes a selection of the best known names in chocolate- and pastry-making. You’ve undoubtedly heard of Paris’s illustrious Tour d’Argent restaurant, but did you know that it has its own bakery? During lockdown you can buy bread, Viennese pastries and cakes from Le Boulanger de la Tour shop at 2, rue du Cardinal Lemoine (open at the usual times), using click & collect, or have them delivered to your door.
