8 rue Monge is the historic address of the Maison Kayser, in the heart of the Latin Quarter. This is where the artisan/baker Eric Kayser opened his first bakery in 1996. Since, several others have opened in the capital, aswell as Singapore, New York and Mexico. The winning recipe has remained the same: a unique, traditional expertise with the use of innovation, quality service and natural yeast to create the bread, pastries and other gourmet treats.
