Les Demoiselles de Rochefort

The musical show at the Théâtre du Lido, based on Jacques Demy's cult film about twin sisters

From October 2025, the Théâtre du Lido will present a stage version of Jacques Demy's famous film Les Demoiselles de Rochefort, accompanied by Michel Legrand's iconic music. This new show, orchestrated by Jean-Luc Choplin, who previously produced Les Parapluies de Cherbourg and Peau d'âne, takes us back to the heart of the 1960s and sets the destiny of twin sisters Delphine and Solange to music. The show tells, through song and dance, of their dream to leave their hometown and go to Paris in search of true love.
