  • Extension of the T3b tram line from Porte d'Asnières to Porte Dauphine (April 2024)
  • Creation of 6 additional stations on line 11, soon to connect Châtelet to Rosny-Bois-Perrier (spring 2024)
  • Extension of Metro 14 to Orly Airport in the south and Saint-Denis Pleyel in the north (June 2024)
  • Extension of the RER E from Saint-Lazare to Nanterre La Folie (end 2024), then from Saint-Lazare to Mantes-la-Jolie (end of 2026)
  • Creation of the Metro 15 Sud that will connect Pont de Sèvres to Noisy-Champs (2025)
  • Creation of Metro 16, which will link Saint-Denis Pleyel to Clichy-Montfermeil (end 2026), then Saint-Denis Pleyel to Noisy-Champs (end 2028)
  • Creation of Metro 17 that will connect Saint-Denis Pleyel to Le Bourget Aéroport (end 2026), then Saint-Denis Pleyel to the Parc des Expositions (2028), and finally from Saint-Denis Pleyel to Le Mesnil Amelot (2030)
  • Creation of Metro 18 which will connect Orly Airport to Versailles Chantiers (2030)
  • Creation of the Metro 15 North, wich will connect Saint-Denis Pleyel to Champigny-sur-Marne (end of 2030)


  • Opening of Golden Poppy at Hotel La Fantaisie, first restaurant of Dominique Crenn, French leader triple starred (open sicne June 2023)
  • Reopening of the La Tour d'Argent, after complete renovation (reopened on August 2023)
  • Reopening of the Espadon restaurant, the emblematic Ritz restaurant, by chef Eugénie Béziat (open since September 2023)
  • Opening of the new immersive restaurant Ephemera Jungle Palace, in the 10th district (open since October 2023)
  • Opening of Hémicycle, the Eclore group's 8th address (November 2023)
  • Opening of Boom Boom Villette, France's first "food & leisure market" (January 2024)
  • Opening of a new space Le Cordon Bleu dedicated to gastronomy at the Hôtel de la Marine (January 2024)
  • Opening of Public House, a British brasserie with chef Calum Franklin (March 2024)
  • Reopening of the Chalet des Iles, located at the heart of the Bois de Boulogne (from April 2024)

  • Kopster Résidence Paris Ouest Colombes, offers 134 rooms and 117 flats, rooftop cocktail lounge, restaurant and coworking space (open March 2023)
  • Maison Delano, in Paris 8th district, offers 56 rooms and a restaurant with terrace (open since April 2023)
  • OKKO Rosa Parks, offers 129 rooms (open since June 2023)
  • La Fantaisie, in Paris 9th district, 73 rooms and suites, a garden, a rooftop and 3 restaurants (open since June 2023)
  • Le Grand Mazarin, in Paris 4th district, 61 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar, and a swimming pool (open since June 2023)
  • Hotel des Grands Voyageurs, in Paris 6th district, offers 138 rooms and suites, a restaurant, and a bar (open since September 2023)
  • Domaine Reine Margot MGallery in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, has 80 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a garden, and vegetable garden (since October 2023)
  • The Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay, the new hotel in the Valée de Chevreuse in the Yvelines, within the building of an abbey founded in 1118, offers 147 rooms and suites, 4 restaurants, 2 bars, heated swimming pool, spa, tennis, yoga, gaming room, cinema, rowing, and pedal boats (open since October 2023)
  • Hotel Kopster Paris Porte de Versailles,126 rooms and suites. Bar and terrace, Paris 15th (already open)
  • Hotel Eklo Porte de Versailles, lifestyle and eco-friendly, 304 rooms and two seminar rooms, rooftop guinguette style, French Kiss restaurant, 92170 (already open)

  • Hotel Florida Paris following the total transformation of the former Waldorf Madeleine hotel. 39 rooms and suites. Restaurant Nepita by Amandine Chaignot. Meeting room or private dining room for 12 people, Paris 8th (March 2024)
  • Hotel La Sève, 17 suites and decorated flats, with a restaurant entrusted to the expert hands of chef Stéphanie Le Quellec, Paris 7th (March 2024)
  • Hotel Château d'eau, (formerly Hotel Garden Opéra), Groupe Touriste, 34 rooms, Paris 10th (by 2024)
  • The Disneyland Hôtel Paris, located at the entrance of Disneyland Paris, will be reopening its doors after several years of renovation work. The 5-star establishment will feature a new décor on the theme of Disney princesses (reopening scheduled for January 2024)

  • The Paris Montmartre Sacré-Cœur in the Accor Group's Handwritten collection, a charming hotel just a stone's throw from Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur basilica (spring 2024)
  • NH Paris Champs-Elysées, 24 rue de Ponthieu, 90 rooms, before conversion to NH Collection in 2025 - formerly Hôtel Beauchamps (2024)
  • NH Paris Gare de l'Est opposite the station, 207 rooms - formerly Holiday Inn Paris - Gare de l'Est (2024)
  • NH Opéra Paris Faubourg 103 rooms - formerly Best Western Opéra Faubourg (2024)
  • Lyf Gambetta, in Paris 20th district, in a former printing works. It offers 139 rooms and flats, a laundry, a bar, a shared kitchen and a coworking room (2024)
  • Aurore Hotel, in Paris 13th district, offers 140 rooms, 23 suites, panoramic restaurant-bar, café, gym and 1,000 square metre wellness area (2024)
  • Reopening of Marriott Hôtel Rive Gauche (June 2024)
  • H4 Hôtel Paris Pleyel in Saint-Denis, at the heart of the new Olympic district: 40-storey tower, 700 rooms, 2 restaurants, swimming pool and bar at the top, executive lounge, 4,500 m² conference centre including a ballroom for 1,500 people (June 2024)
  • The InterContinental Chantilly-Château Mont Royal, located in the forest of Chantilly, will succeed the Château-hotel Mont-Royal. Currently under renovation, it will offer 107 rooms, two restaurants, a sauna, a jacuzzi, an indoor swimming pool and 11 meeting rooms (2024)
  • Le Balzac, Groupe Bertrand, 69 rooms, Michelin-starred restaurant Pierre Gagnaire (2024)

  • Opening by the Edyn group of an aparthotel under the Locke banner on rue Lacépède in the Latin Quarter. 145 flats, restaurant, café, coworking space, garden (end 2024)
  • Opening of a 5* hotel by groupe Experimental: boulevard Saint-Germain, Saint-Germain-des-Prés district. Eiffel glass roof. 30 rooms and 10 suites, restaurant, bars and swimming pool (end 2024)
  • Opening of Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild, Groupe Ennismore, Paris 8e, with sophisticated restaurant (end 2024)
  • Radisson Blu,128 rooms and suites on 6 floors, panoramic views, with a panoramic skybar restaurant and meeting room, the hotel will be housed at the top of the Triangle Tower opposite Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (2026).
  • Opening of a 100-room hotel and youth hostel at Porte de Saint-Ouen, Paris 17th (2027)
  • Opening of a Radisson Collection hotel, 57 rooms, green roof terrace, restaurant and bar, Paris 1er (2027)
  • CR7 Lifestyle Hotels by Pestana group and footballer Cristiano Ronaldo in the Austerlitz district: 210 rooms and a rooftop offering 180° views over Paris, with a swimming pool and a bar open to the public. The hotel is part of the Austerlitz A7A8 project, which will house the new headquarters of the French Development Agency, a student residence, shops, offices, an Emmaüs community centre and 2,000 bicycle parking spaces (2027)


  • Opening of the Quai de la Photo in the 13th district (open since July 2023)
  • Reopening of the Musée du Vin under a new name: Le M. Musée du Vin (reopening in September 2023)
  • Opening of the Maison Gainsbourg, the museum Gainsbourg and the Gainsbarre, restaurant and bar opposite (open since September 2023)
  • Opening of the Maison Poincaré - Musée des Mathématiques, 600 m² of video spaces, photos, texts, interactive devices and temporary exhibitions. At the heart of the Curie campus, Paris 5e (open since September 2023)
  • Reopening of the Musée de la Marine (Palais de Chaillot) after renovations (open since November 2023)
  • Opening of The Mall, a new 3,000 m2 venue for cultural, artistic and festive events in the 15th arrondissement (opening January 2024)
  • Opening of Fvtvr, a new underground club in the 13th arrondissement (opening January 2024)
  • Opening of L'Adidas Arena in the 18th arrondissement (opening February 2024)
  • Opening of the Musée Pierre Cardin in the 8th arrondissement (opening in 2024)
  • Opening of Théâtre de la Concorde in the 8th arrondissement (opening in 2024)
  • Reopening of La Géode, the huge cinema now equipped with IMAX screens, in the 19th arrondissement (opening in 2024)
  • Reopening of the Grand Palais, with two exhibitions a year featuring 30,000 archive items from 1950 to the present day, in the 8th arrondissement (opening in July 2024)
  • Reopening of Notre-Dame-de-Paris Cathedral following the fire on 5 April 2019 (reopening on 8 December 2024) and opening of a museum on the Hôtel Dieu site
  • For its 40th anniversary, the Fondation Cartier moved to the Louvre des Antiquaires (14,000 m²), redesigned by Jean Nouvel. 6,000 m² of exhibitions, permanent collection, artists' workshops, cinema, theatre (2025)
  • Closure announced over 2 years of the Musée d’art et d’histoire du Judaïsme (MAHJ), for expansion and extension of the collections in the 20th century (reopening 2026)
  • Opening of the Grand Siècle Museum in Saint-Cloud. Café, restaurant, auditorium, exhibition spaces, but also immersive spaces. Architecture Rudy Ricciotti (2026)
  • Opening of a large museum (6000m²) dedicated to Alberto Giacometti, in the former Air France terminal, in Les Invalides (2026)
  • Opening of a museum dedicated to the world of video games in Bussy Saint-Georges, near Disneyland Paris (77), as part of a "play centre" with a theatre, activities, restaurant and new 4-star hotel (mid-2026).
  • Opening of the Hip Hop and Street Art Museum in Saint-Denis (2029)
  • Gradual closure of the Centre Pompidou (from autumn 2024) for modernisation and refurbishment work over 5 years (2025-2030)
