  • H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort in Saint-Denis, at the heart of the new Olympic district: 40-storey tower, 697 rooms, 4 restaurants, swimming pool and bar at the top, executive lounge, 4,500 m² conference centre including a ballroom for 1,500 people.

  • Opening of a 100-room hotel and youth hostel at Porte de Saint-Ouen, Paris 17th (2027)
  • CR7 Lifestyle Hotels by Pestana group and footballer Cristiano Ronaldo in the Austerlitz district: 210 rooms and a rooftop offering 180° views over Paris, with a swimming pool and a bar open to the public. The hotel is part of the Austerlitz A7A8 project, which will house the new headquarters of the French Development Agency, a student residence, shops, offices, an Emmaüs community centre and 2,000 bicycle parking spaces (2027)

  • Closure announced over 2 years of the Musée d’art et d’histoire du Judaïsme (MAHJ), for expansion and extension of the collections in the 20th century (reopening 2026)
  • L'Etoile Voltaire will be a cinema, green rooftop and community restaurant in the 11th arrondissement. (2026)
  • Opening of the Grand Siècle Museum in Saint-Cloud. Café, restaurant, auditorium, exhibition spaces, but also immersive spaces. Architecture Rudy Ricciotti (2026)
  • Opening of a large museum (6000m²) dedicated to Alberto Giacometti, in the former Air France terminal, in Les Invalides (2026)
  • Opening of a museum dedicated to the world of video games in Bussy Saint-Georges, near Disneyland Paris (77), as part of a "play centre" with a theatre, activities, restaurant and new 4-star hotel (mid-2026).
  • Opening of the Hip Hop and Street Art Museum in Saint-Denis (2029)
