Baccarat and Alain Ducasse have reinvented the historic Maison Baccarat Paris 16e, to transform it into a place of expériences. Under a sky of Baccarat crystal rain, Chef Alain Ducasse, alongside Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, invites you to experience a unique gastronomic journey. The menu's structure doesn’t follow a single narrative but is built on dishes that complement, respond to, and clash with one another. Coffee squash transports you to a burnery where roasting is in full swing. Shredded lobster in a rose tapioca bath makes you feel like Cleopatra in an asses' milk bath.
In the Ballroom, under Baccarat chandeliers set with the original woodwork of the place, Alain Ducasse welcomes guests as if into his home. Visitors can request to privatize the space to celebrate special occasions. The chefs will then work with them to create a bespoke menu, where food, wine and cocktails transcend convention.
