For four days, the Grand Palais is transformed into a temple of fine dining. The concept remains the same: to allow visitors to sample signature dishes in bite-sized portions (priced between €6 and €12), prepared live by leading chefs. New for this year’s event: contactless card payments are now accepted by all exhibitors to ensure a smoother experience.

Every year, Taste of Paris brings together the leading names in gastronomy and also showcases emerging young talent. Previous editions have featured exceptional chefs such as Stéphanie Le Quellec from La Scène, Yannick Alléno from Alléno Paris at Pavillon Ledoyen, and Gabriele Ravasio from Gordon Ramsay at Trianon in Versailles. The 1,000 m² gourmet market brings together around fifty French producers and artisans specialising in rare ingredients who work alongside top chefs. The Taste of Paris festival takes place at the newly restored Grand Palais, located at 3 Avenue du Général Eisenhower, Paris 8th arrondissement. This iconic monument, a stone’s throw from the Avenue des Champs-Élysées and the Pont Alexandre III, offers an exceptional setting beneath its glass roof to celebrate Parisian gastronomy.
