Luxembourg Gardens, Jardin des Plantes, outside City Hall ... exhibitions can be visited outdoors too

Discover heritage and works of art in the open air on a stroll through the streets and gardens of Paris and Ile-de-France. Free and easily accessible, large-format photographic displays regularly appear on the railings of the Luxembourg Gardens, the City Hall, the Tour Saint-Jacques or the Jardin des Plantes. The exterior square at Gare de Lyon and the green spaces of the square at Fontainebleau - Avon station also become the setting for temporary exhibitions.

All year round, Bercy Village invites visitors to discover photo exhibitions in its covered passages. La Villette regularly hosts artistic installations in the park. 'Les Extatiques', the flagship event at Esplanade de la Défense  highlights a selection of contemporary works of art against the backdrop of its unique architecture. Finally, the Paris Commune is the subject of several outdoor exhibitions this spring.
