The Pavillons de Bercy, Musée des Arts Forains

With a cabinet of curiosities, a funfair from the time of the Belle Epoque including a bicycle merry-go-round and other hundred-year-old merry-go-rounds … the Pavillons de Bercy, which house a unique collection of authentic objects from the 19th and 20th century, welcome your receptions for up to 4,000 people. Situated in the former Bercy wine warehouses, this venue has four themed rooms, including the Théâtre du Merveilleux (an atypical room with a tales and legends theme) and the Musée des Arts Forains - which immerses you in the Paris of the 1900s with an atmosphere of bygone funfairs -, each of which can host up to 880 people. Two large outdoor spaces can be hired alongside the rooms.

Les Docks de Paris

With a flexible surface area of more than 8,500 m², Les Docks de Paris is one of the capital's largest venues for meetings. A designated national cultural heritage site, this former storage area is divided into three docks: Haussmann, Eiffel, and Pullman. The various rooms available for hire include a modular auditorium with a seating capacity of 1,000, which can be extended to 3,500 seats. This venue is ideally suited to cocktail receptions, dinners, and other types of receptions for up to 4,000 people standing.

La Seine Musicale

La Seine Musicale, which has the impressive appearance of a 36,500m² concrete ship, is a major concert venue on the Ile Seguin. For your professional events, it offers numerous spaces with cutting-edge technology. The Grande Seine, a huge 6,800-seat auditorium boasting the biggest stage in France, is equipped with ultra-modern staging equipment and has a unique modular system. Amongst the reception rooms, the Grand Salon, with an unobstructed view of the Seine, can host up to 1,500 people.

Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild

In a listed historic mansion that was once the residence of the baroness Adèle de Rothschild, the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild is a neoclassical building situated a few steps from Etoile. This prestigious place offers a surface area of 1,300 square metres for events for up to 1,300 people for a cocktail reception, including a 500 m² event stage with state-of-the-art technology. In fine weather, the 3,900 m² of gardens and the enclosed wooded park offer a delightful retreat for your event away from the buzz of the capital.

Maison de la Mutualité – GL Events

The Maison de la Mutualité, situated in the Latin Quarter, was built in 1930 in the art deco style. Spread over three floors, the completely flexible space can be divided up to meet the requirements of your event. The iconic theatre with a 220 m² stage can host up to 1,725 people seated and is equipped with the latest technology in terms of sound, lighting and video projection. An ingenious system of sliding rails enables the seats to slide under the stage and to free up 800 m² of space for receptions and gala dinners.

The Grand Rex Paris

A prestigious entertainment venue, The Grand Rex is a cinema and concert hall that welcomes top stars. It is also home to the biggest cinema auditorium in France! The Grand Rex has seven spaces available for private hire for your conventions, ceremonies, previews, and private screenings. For cocktail receptions, spaces spread over three levels enable you to organize receptions for up to 1,500 people standing. The whole of this exceptional 4,000 m² venue can be privately hired to receive up to 2,700 people.

Pullman Paris Montparnasse

After a complete makeover, the Pullman Paris Montparnasse reopens its doors in December 2021. In addition to 957 rooms and suites, five restaurants and a rooftop (the highest in Paris), this new generation hotel also has a conference centre (1,500 m²) with natural daylight spread over three floors. For your large meetings, the magnificent ballroom (742 m² with a ceiling height of 7 metres) can host up to 726 guests. A planted terrace (800 m²) adds a touch of class to the conference centre.

La Serre - VIPARIS

On the roof of the Pavillon 6 at Parc des Expositions in the rapidly redeveloping Porte de Versailles district, La Serre provides a panoramic view of the biggest urban rooftop farm in Europe. Designed as a winter garden, this rooftop with its glass structure boasts a huge 515 m² terrace. The indoor area hosts your events for up to 420 people for a cocktail reception, or for up to 875 if coupled with the outside space.
