The CENTQUATRE-PARIS teams are currently at the heart of a project to transform practices towards greater eco-responsibility, both among employees and the establishment's various publics: spontaneous practices, incubates, resident artists, temporary workers, etc. These working groups are mobilized on various global themes linked to the CENTQUATRE (energy, transport, food, waste management, dedicated purchasing) and on specific subjects (recycling and reuse of materials, soft mobility, energy saving, anti-gasping, etc.). A number of concrete actions have been implemented: water fountains, mask recycling, distribution of water bottles, LED lighting, encouragement of soft mobility, reuse of programming documents, waste sorting, guide to sustainable purchasing and best digital practices, greening, etc.
-------------
This approach also applies to the events/salons we host, as we take care to :
- recommending the delimitation of contoured spaces rather than the use of full-surface carpeting
-encourage the rental of furniture and decoration rather than purchase
-consider the waste generated and how it can be reused
- support customers/partners in implementing selective sorting at events
- give priority to public transport
- referencing caterers according to CSR criteria (short circuits, seasonal products, etc.)
