Looking for affordable cultural entertainment? See a show and get a 50 % reduction on your ticket! In fact, the Kiosque Théâtre sells off first-category tickets at half-price (between €15 and €24) for shows on the day of the performance (theatres, concerts, café-theatres, etc.).
You will find two theatre kiosks in Paris: The Madeleine Kiosque Theâtre,Place de la Madeleine and The Montparnasse Kiosque Théâtre, below the Montparnasse tower block (from Tuesday to Saturday, from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and from 3pm to 7.30pm, and on Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.45pm.
These are available to everyone, regardless of age and nationality. As no pre-booking is possible by telephone, you have to go to the kiosk to pick up your tickets.

Some private theatres also offer shows at half price. The Théâtres Parisiens Associés, which encompasses some fifty or so theatres in Paris, offers a 50% reduction on ticket prices on the first days of shows, thanks to the initiative ‘Premiers aux premières’. To book these shows at reduced prices, go directly to the theatres concerned.
