For savvy shopping, wait for the sales! It is the ideal time to find your favourite brands at up to half price or even more sometimes.
The two not-to-be-missed sales periods in Paris are: the winter sales, which begin on the second Wednesday of January and the summer sales, which start on the last Wednesday in June.
Note, from 1 January 2015, the duration of sales in France will be 6 weeks and ad hoc ‘floating’ sales at other times of the year will be done away with.
