Whether you are alone, in a couple or in a small group, for a special occasion or just to have a good time, come and discover this unique sensory experience that challenges your preconceptions and certainties.
You can choose from different workshops such as tasting, aperitif dinner, olfactory and perfume courses, or oenology. By exploring your senses in the dark, you will also question your senses and reassess your choices and desires.

PERFUM WORKSHOP: Enjoy a unique olfactory experience in total darkness; a moment of delicacy and discovery full of poetry. Rediscover the potential of your nose, let your imagination run free and listen to your emotions.
WINE WORKSHOP: Free yourself from the classic pattern of wine tasting. Black allows you to concentrate on the essential qualities of a product by revealing a taste, an aroma, a material, or a smell in a natural way. It frees up speech to reveal deeply emotional content.
TASTING WORKSHOP: Refocus on your senses and learn to analyse the organoleptic qualities of a product, beyond labels and marketing. During this workshop, taste our winners of the "Dans Le Noir? Blind Tasting Awards".

Sustainable approach

At Dans le Noir ? Paris, our committed teams work daily to limit our social and environmental impact. Eco-responsibility is at the heart of our values, and we attach great importance to all ethical aspects.
To this end, we favour the use of fresh, organic and short-distance products. We buy our products mainly from our partner farm, La Ferme agroécologique de l'Envol, as well as from other farms in the Île-de-France region. This approach allows us to offer you healthy and environmentally friendly dishes.
Dans le Noir ? has positioned itself as a precursor of the circular economy. We apply a radical anti-waste policy, sorting and recycling our waste, especially organic waste. In collaboration with our partner, Les Alchimistes Collectent, this waste is transformed into fertiliser for farms in the Île-de-France region.
Our commitment to environmental and social responsibility has been widely recognised. In the Black ? Paris, a member of the Collège Culinaire de France, a Toque at Gault et Millau, is certainly one of the most awarded restaurants, labelled Ecotable, Maître Restaurateur, Tourisme & Handicap and many others.
