Matthieu Roche, a rising star of French gastronomy, former chef at Pré Catalan and the Ritz, took control of this restaurant which opened in 2012. The gastronomic meals are inspired by the Mediterranean; if the framework is simple (white brick pipes on the ceiling, wooden chairs) on the plate, then the flavours are like a festival. Excellent products and friendly atmosphere.
