In the 17th arrondissement, the restaurant Jacques Faussat offers creative and fine cuisine, with the flavours of the Southwest, served in an elegant and pleasant setting. Originally from the Gers, Jacques Faussat has worked with starred chefs Michel Guérard and Alain Dutournier. He himself has been a Michelin-starred chef since 2004. He concocts rich, flavoursome dishes based on seasonal produce, with a touch of exotic spices discovered during his travels. The restaurant has also been awarded three toques in the Gault & Millau.
