Situated in the trendy Haut-Marais, the Mary Celeste boasts large bay windows that flood the venue with natural light. Customers sit on stools around the convivial bar, like at a pizzeria. The concept is innovative: the oyster bar’s famous ‘happy oyster hour’ (€1 apiece) takes place from 6pm to 7pm, every day from September to April. For those who aren’t as keen on oysters, the establishment also offers a number of small dishes to share. And brunches are served on Saturdays and Sundays.
