In the heart of the Marais, JOLI has opened its doors in the gardens of the Carnavalet Museum, blending the styles of a chic bistro, a hedonistic brasserie, and a festive dining spot. Designed by Studio AMV, its interior spaces are adorned with a monumental mural and furnished with pieces in raw, mineral tones, all beneath a mirrored ceiling. In the kitchen, Chef Youssef Gastli - who has worked at Le Meurice and Lucas Carton, among others - reimagines French classics. Pastry Chef Paloma Laguette reinterprets iconic desserts, while mixologist Théo Mébarki crafts cocktails and mocktails inspired by luxury hotels.
