Chef Jean Imbert is in charge of the gastronomic restaurant at the Plaza Athénée Palace, located on the very chic Avenue Montaigne. In the plates, French culinary heritage is celebrated. The superb dining room - with 20,000 gold leaves - created by the designer Rémi Tessier is dominated by a 12-metre long table in Breccia marble. The Relais Plaza, the brasserie of the Plaza Athénée, is also under the leadership of chef Jean Imbert.
