_Don’t be deceived by the modest facade of this small canteen situated in the Chinese quarter of Paris. Fleur de Mai is not particularly luxurious but the restaurant plays particular attention to the preparation of its dishes: farm-reared chicken steamed with salt, fried spare ribs with salt and pepper, pot of abalones, duck tongues (!!!). But the restaurant’s great speciality remains the shrimp dumpling soup, one of the best in Paris! Scrumptious!
