The Cantine California started with a single foodtruck roaming the streets of Paris. Since April 2014, a fixed restaurant has opened in a trendy district in the 3rd arrondissement. The restaurant is decorated in marble and wood and has a large counter and communal table. The same delicious recipes from the foodtruck are used here, made using organic products (notably meats and eggs). On the menu: burgers, tacos and homemade desserts. If you aren't in the district, you can visit certain Parisian markets where the foodtruck stops.
