B.O.U.L.O.M. - "Boulangerie Où L'On Mange" - is a hybrid address located in the 18ᵉ arrondissement, at 181 rue Ordener. Behind its artisan bakery facade lies a vast restaurant-loft with an all-you-can-eat buffet, imagined by chef Julien Duboué. The concept features French products, regional recipes from the South-West, and an assortment of sourdough breads and viennoiseries made on site from organic ancient wheat. The bakery is open from early in the morning until 11pm, and the restaurant offers lunchtime formulas, weekend brunches and hearty dinners. The place can also be privatized for events. The large, convivial dining room with table d'hôtes and glass roofs is ideal for shared meals, reunions and celebrations.
