The POP Attractiveness Agency, Plaine commune vous Ouvre ses Portes, has been ISO 9001 certified since July 1, 2010: Design and development of products and services. It is committed to a resolutely sustainable approach through a variety of actions. Two charters have been created. The second is aimed at the general public, and is displayed in the PIT (Points d'information tourisme) reception area and on the "Sustainable development commitments" page of the website. The POP Attractiveness Agency therefore applies a two-pronged sustainable development policy, both in its offers and projects and in its internal practices and operations. As part of its mobile tourist office approach, the POP Attractiveness Agency has equipped itself with bicycles. These are used by employees to get around, and serve as a communication tool for the organization, promoting environmentally-friendly travel. The bikes were made by Ecovelo, a Nantes-based company offering 100% French bikes, with recycled PVC hubcaps. In addition, the POP Attractiveness Agency's boutique showcases products that are significantly sustainable: "déchets d'art" bags made from recycled tarpaulins from the town of Épinay-sur-Seine, Minga seeds from Paris's food heritage. As well as short-circuit products: beers from the Brasserie du Grand Paris, jars of honey from Épinay-sur-Seine and "miel béton" from Saint-Denis, souvenir products designed and produced by a Dyon-based illustrator, "My little souvenir", and a souvenir medal from the Basilique de la Fonderie Saint-Luc.
