L’École de Paris des Métiers de la Table, du Tourisme et de l’Hôtellerie trains chefs, pastry chefs and chocolatiers, and has a training restaurant, La Fontaine, open Monday to Friday (12.30pm-2.30pm) with a traditional menu designed, cooked and served by the students. There is fixed-price menu for €19.50 per person (excluding special menus and drinks).
