The 21.1km race will take participants on a course around the East of Paris
To mark the start of spring, running enthusiasts gather in the Bois de Vincennes for the start of the Paris Half Marathon. With a distance of 21.1km, the half-marathon follows a defined course in eastern Paris. Start: boulevard Saint-Germain, next to the Arab World Institute. Finish: Place de la Bastille. Every year, more than 40,000 runners (from the Paris region as well as from other parts of France and abroad) take to the streets of the capital. For spectators, the course is lined with musical entertainment. In the village, open on Friday and Saturday, the public can meet all the professionals in the running world, as well as the event's partners and exhibitors.
