The unmissable Parisian event dedicated to cocoa and pastries
Every year, thousands of visitors flock to the Salon du Chocolat at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles to immerse themselves in the world of chocolate and meet the many exhibitors—pastry chefs, confectioners, cocoa-producing countries, and chocolatiers from around the world (France, Belgium, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Portugal, etc.)—who gather for this event. On the agenda for this year’s edition, taking place from October 28 to November 1, 2026: 240 exhibitors and artisans, the “Pastry Show” featuring 40 live demonstrations led by 50 chefs from luxury hotels and top restaurants, 30 conferences, 230 gourmet workshops, not to mention the musical show “Incandescence, the Rock Cabaret” featuring chocolate-themed costumes, the “Allée de l’Inspiration” with its chocolate sculptures, and the return of “Santa’s House,” which will showcase Yule logs, Advent calendars, and gourmet creations.
