The movie Eiffel event by Marin Bourboulon, in theaters October 2021, follows the love story between the engineer Gustave Eiffel, played by Romain Duris, and a woman named Adrienne Bourgès, played by Emma Mackey. After completing his collaboration on the Statue of Liberty, the architect's reputation is well established. Urged by the French government to create a spectacular monument at the 1889 World Fair, the love affair gave rise to the idea of creating the Eiffel Tower.

The Shack

The Shack, a new multi-faceted living space, is located in the former premises of the printer Calmann-Lévy. Eiffel was responsible for the metal structure of the building in 1872. It is adjacent to the Crédit Lyonnais headquarters, whose glass roof is also the work of Eiffel.

Musée des Arts et Métiers

In 1881, at Bartholdi's request, Gustave Eiffel took over from Viollet-le-Duc to design the iron framework of the Statue of Liberty. The museum preserves the models and the adjoining church a bronze model of the statue.

Paradis Latin

The oldest cabaret in Paris, this mythical place created under Napoleon was destroyed during the Franco-Prussian war in 1870 and left untouched for 17 years. When the World Fair of 1889 took place, celebrating the centenary of the Revolution, Gustave Eiffel rebuilt the theater which became the Paradis Latin. A new modern revue, created by Kamel Ouali, honours Gustave Eiffel and Napoleon.

From 20 to 500 people, the event spaces of the Paradis Latin such as the mezzanine and its unobstructed view of the stage or the Bar des Anges and its superb decor, are suitable for all corporate events. The entire venue can also be privatized for up to 640 seated people.

Palais Galliera – Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris

This "Beaux-Arts" style palace, built in 1894, has a metal frame designed by the Eiffel company, as do the staircase railings, the bay windows, and the gates of the square.
