Newly constructed in 2020, the Novotel Paris Porte de Versailles (245 rooms) and Mama Shelter Paris West (207 rooms) are hotels designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte and both feature large planted rooftop terraces and spaces for private hire. Also situated at Porte de Versailles are the hotels Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo (388 rooms) and Courtyard by Marriott Paris Porte de Versailles (150 rooms).
The number of hotels available will increase by early autumn 2023 with a 3rd Kopster hotel from the brand Lavorel: the Kopster Porte de Versailles (127 rooms) and in 2024 a hotel from the affordable, green and lifestyle brand: Eklo Porte de Versailles (304 rooms).

A few steps from Porte de Versailles, Châteauform’ La Manufacture charms visitors with its industrial character and welcoming atmosphere. Housed in one of the oldest tobacco factories in the Paris region, it offers 22 bright and flexible meeting rooms spread over six floors, ideal for training sessions, seminars, or meetings for up to 98 participants.
A 10-year makeover to become a destination in its own right: Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is being redesigned and continues to open up to Parisians, to visitors to the exhibition centre and to passing travellers. The redevelopment, spearheaded by VIPARIS which operates the site, strengthens the connection between the city and the Parc integrating the exhibition venue in the heart of Paris.
One of the major objectives of this development was to modernize the pavilions so that they could host large-scale events in the best possible conditions. Of note, the transformation of Pavillon 7 which now houses the biggest convention centre in Europe (the Paris Convention Centre), the merging of Pavillons 6 and 8 by the architect Jean Nouvel, and the ongoing restructuring of Pavillons 2 and 3. All of these ambitious architectural projects with fully renovated pavilions create a new vision of the site.
The new Parc is intended to be both a business centre and a living space for visitors and local residents. Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is also an urban park with the creation of areas for strolling and relaxing (planted walkways, fitness installations, restaurants, a kindergarten, and a pedestrian walkway, among others).
Improving the environmental impact of the Parc is also central to the modernization of the site in order to create a Parc that is greener, more open, and easier for people to navigate. Roof gardens account for a surface area of 46,000 m². And with the creation of planted pathways and green areas to stroll, the new Parc will have 72,000 m² of green spaces in total!
