Patrick Roger's creations stand out from the crowd. The chocolatier not only has fun sculpting the shapes of each of his works, he also succeeds in giving them new flavours that are completely original and just as creative as their appearances. Only using the best cocoa beans and fresh plants to make his chocolates, Roger likes to experiment; he uses the know-how of master chocolatiers as a starting point but goes against the norms, making his chocolates real taste experiences as well as being amazing to look at.
