The young chef David Toutain has a restaurant of the same name near Invalides. The decor is simple but the food is an explosion of flavours. In December 2014, the master chef opened a dining room: Identi-T, where the chef's cuisine is served in a country-style atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Joined on to the restaurant, it has one large table, ideal for groups of friends.
