Oxymore is a French pizzeria with stone interiors and a cosy Parisian bistro atmosphere. The dough of the pizzas is prepared with fresh flour and yeast in the same way as traditional French bakeries. The long fermentation process gives the pizzas a special flavour and ensures that they are easy to digest. The charcuterie, cheeses and extra virgin olive oil are also made in France, as is the tomato sauce from Provence.
