Inaugurated in 1875, the Grand Café Capucines quickly became one of the capital's most popular haunts for Parisians of a day. To restore the address to its former grandeur, talented architects Hugo Toro and Maxime Liautard (Klay, Perruche, Restaurant BB) have redesigned the restaurant, bringing elegance and modernity while retaining its brasserie spirit and the hallmarks of its history and success: a new, brighter façade and contemporary interiors.
Open 7/7 and 24/24, the restaurant offers a menu that revives the Brasserie DNA.
