The chic Le Faham retaurant in the Batignolles district was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide in 2020 and two ‘toques’ in the Gault & Millau. The word Faham refers to an almond-scented orchid, from the island of La Reunion, used in traditional and blended rums. The chef is Kelly Rangam - the TV host and former Top Chef - and the pâtissier chef her husband Jérôme Devreese. The restaurant serves fine cuisine with the flavours and colours of La Reunion, the native island of Kelly Rangama.
