Opened in Paris in 1912, Restaurant Benoit is one of the last true Parisian bistros. Gourmets from all over the world come to enjoy lunch or dinner at this lively venue, the only Parisian bistro to hold a Michelin star. Located just a stone's throw from the Hôtel de Ville, the Centre Pompidou and the famous Tour Saint- Jacques, Benoit has been inviting lovers of fine traditional French cuisine since the early 20th century: "Chez toi Benoit, on boit, festoie, en rois".
