The Visamundi agency was born out of several observations: when preparing a trip, the steps involved in obtaining travel documents are increasingly complex, time-consuming and sensitive. Formalities change rapidly, authorities are unreachable, language barriers are sometimes present, as is the risk of losing physical documents... The traveler's journey is thus weighed down, and it's this problem that the agency focuses on first and foremost. Visamundi handles hundreds of thousands of applications a year for travelers to Asia, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and North America.
Visamundi also helps travel professionals such as travel managers, airlines and travel agencies to simplify their customers' journeys by providing assistance in obtaining travel documents (e-Visa, AVE...).
