French chefs put street food in the spotlight at the Omnivore Food Festival
In September, Omnivore returns to the Parc Floral de Paris for a new edition. For 3 days, some 500 chefs, artisans, sommeliers, and producers will be exchanging views on ‘young cuisine’. A true gourmet rendezvous, this 100% French gastronomic event welcomes chefs such as Bastien de Changy, Manon Fleury & Laurène Barjhoux, Matthias Marc, Quentin Mauro, Jean-François Piège, Hugo Riboulet, Guillaume Sanchez, Steven Thiebaut-Pellegrino who will be sharing their experiences and divulging their secrets on the topic of street food. For those interested, a hundred or so masterclasses and talks are open to the public to help them perfect their culinary skills.
